The Penshurst Park Cricket Club Juniors is a very successful and enjoyable section. They have only lost 3 games in the last three years and have won the tournaments they competed in, the Leigh One Day (Test Match Game) and the Tournament at Penshurst where they compete for the Herbert Hunter Trophy.
The junior section is run by Ken Watters. He does an outstanding job and is completely devoted. He would not be able to achieve what he does without the help of Tony Cooper, Rodney Littler and Vic Freeman.
The practice sessions are every Thursday at the club and the turnout is extraordinary. There are probably at least 35 people per week.
